USER DESCRIPTION AND THE PLATFORM

The MEIAppli Platform is a mobile application that enables connections between Clients and Suppliers. “Clients” are individuals and/or businesses seeking to purchase products or obtain short-term services from Suppliers. “Suppliers” are businesses or individuals seeking to sell products or provide services to Clients. Clients and Suppliers together are hereinafter referred to as “Users.” If you agree to the terms and conditions with another user, you will enter into a service provision or product supply contract between yourselves.

Suppliers are business owners or independent professionals who sell various products or services. Suppliers are not employees, partners, representatives, agents, joint venture participants, contractors, or service providers of C2Business.

Users acknowledge that C2Business does not supervise, set the scope, direct, control, or monitor the services or products sold by a Supplier. C2Business is expressly exempted (to the extent permitted by law) from any liability or obligation for work performed and/or products sold by a Supplier, including but not limited to any warranty or condition of good and professional services, warranty or condition of quality or fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with any law.

The MEIAppli Platform allows connections between Users for the purchase and sale of products and services. C2Business is not responsible for the performance or communication of Users, nor does it control the quality, timeliness, legality, failure, or any other aspect of the products or services purchased or sold. C2Business is not responsible for the integrity, accountability, competence, qualifications, or any actions or omissions of any User, or for any ratings or reviews provided by Users concerning each other. C2Business does not offer warranties nor make representations regarding the suitability, quality, and reliability of products and services bought or sold by Users identified through the MEIAppli Platform, whether publicly or privately, through online or offline interactions, or in any other way.

When interacting with other Users, you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety, data, and property, just as you would when interacting with others you do not know. C2Business will not be responsible for any false or misleading statements made by Users of the MEIAppli platform.
